Lawn & Order was founded by Deanna Easley and Maddie, a proud member of the Rowlett Police Department. We share a deep appreciation for the law enforcement community and the neighborhoods they protect.
What started as an idea to celebrate our community’s heroes turned into a family business that brings joy to North Texas families. With help from Deanna’s daughters Lily (15) and Rose (11), we’re creating celebrations that make people smile and neighborhoods shine.
We chose the name Lawn & Order as a playful tribute to law enforcement - because while we take celebrations seriously, we never take ourselves too seriously. Our navy and gold colors honor Community ISD, where both girls attend school and where we’re building lasting relationships with families who value community pride.
Fun Fact: Maddie handles dispatch and operations when she’s not on patrol with Rowlett PD. Lily manages our social media (follow us @lawnandordertx!). Rose provides quality control - if it doesn’t make her smile, it doesn’t go out!
Every month, we honor one local hero with a FREE celebration display. Police officers, firefighters, EMTs, teachers, social workers, nurses - anyone who serves our community is eligible.
How It Works:
Nominate someone who makes a difference in our community. Tell us why they deserve recognition. We select one honoree each month and create a celebration display in their honor - completely free.
Why We Do This:
Those who protect, teach, heal, and serve our community often go unrecognized. This is our way of saying thank you and shining a spotlight on the people who make North Texas a better place to live.

If you wear a badge, fight fires, save lives, teach our children, or serve our community in uniform, you get 20% off every package. Always.

Who Qualifies:
Police Officers
Firefighters
EMTs and Paramedics
Active Military
Veterans
Teachers and School Staff
Nurses and Healthcare Workers
Simply mention you’re a first responder when booking. We verify with a badge, ID, or department email. That’s it. No complicated forms, no fine print.
Because Maddie knows firsthand the sacrifices first responders and their families make. This discount isn’t a marketing gimmick - it’s a genuine thank you from one first responder family to others.
