By booking a service with Lawn & Order Yard Cards, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Lawn & Order Yard Cards provides temporary yard card displays, porch decorating installations, and celebration displays. Services include delivery, installation, and removal.

Rental Period

Standard rental period is overnight unless otherwise agreed. Displays are typically installed the evening before or early morning of the event and removed the following day.

Payment

Full payment is required to reserve your date. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. Prices are locked in at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before installation will receive account credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable due to scheduling and preparation. No cash or card refunds are issued under any circumstances. Credit must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.

Rescheduling

Weather-related rescheduling will be accommodated at no charge. Non-weather rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance will be accommodated based on availability. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to: ensure the lawn is accessible, secure all pets prior to installation, remove pet waste from the install area, turn off all sprinklers during the rental period, provide gate codes if applicable, and ensure a safe and clear installation space. If installation cannot be completed due to accessibility issues or missing information not provided in advance, the booking is non-refundable.

Damage and Liability

Customer is responsible for damage to signs during the rental period including damage from lawn equipment, pets, moving signs, vandalism not reported immediately, or weather damage caused by customer negligence. Signs should not be moved once installed. Replacement fees may apply for damaged or lost items.

Installation Access

Customer grants Lawn & Order Yard Cards permission to access the property for installation and removal. Customer confirms they have authority to grant access to the property.

Safety

Displays are decorative items only. Do not allow children to climb or play on displays. Lawn & Order Yard Cards is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of display equipment.

Photography

Lawn & Order Yard Cards may photograph displays for marketing purposes. No personally identifying information will be shared without permission.

Service Area

Lawn & Order Yard Cards serves North Texas including Lavon, Wylie, Princeton, Nevada, Josephine, Rockwall, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply outside the standard service area and will be disclosed before booking is confirmed.

First Responder Discount

A 20% discount applies to verified first responders including law enforcement, fire, EMS, active military, veterans, teachers, and healthcare workers. Discount applies to base package pricing only and requires verification via badge, ID, or department email.

Limitation of Liability

Lawn & Order Yard Cards liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in Collin County, Texas.
